Peach Daiquiri (Official Drink of National Peach Council)

1 oz. lime juice

1 or 2 tablespoons sugar

3 oz. white rum

1 cup cracked ice

Mix ingredients in a blender until smooth and serve unstrained in large cocktail glasses.  Makes 2 servings.
