Peach Parfait

1 cup fresh sliced peaches
1/2 cup pitted prunes, coarsely chopped
1 container (8 oz.) vanilla yogurt
1 cup low-fat granola


Dividing ingredients between two wide-mouthed glasses, layer 1/4 cup peaches, 2 tablespoons prunes, 1/4 cup yogurt, and 1/4 cup granola.  Repeat layers.  Makes 2 servings.
