Peachy Twist

3 medium peaches
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon almond extract
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup peach ice cream


Peel, pit, and slice the peaches.  Puree the sliced peaches in a blender.  Add lemon juice, almond extract, sugar, and milk and blend thoroughly.  Mix in peach ice cream.  Pour into large glasses and serve immediately.  Makes 2 (12 oz.) servings.
